The challenge

The firm received documents in multiple formats — PDFs, scanned images, emails with attachments. Each needed to be classified, data extracted, and routed to the right team. Staff spent hours on repetitive copy-paste work.

Our approach

We built a specialized document agent that handles the entire pipeline: intake, classification, extraction, validation, and routing. The agent uses a combination of vision models for scanned documents and structured extraction for digital files.

The results

Processing time dropped by 80%. Error rates decreased from 12% to under 2%. The team now focuses on exceptions and complex cases that genuinely need human judgment.
